Patricia Urquiola Lowland ottoman | Moroso Italy 2000s
Patricia Urquiola Lowland ottoman | Moroso Italy 2000s
Can a piece of furniture be a landscape? When designing the Lowland system for Moroso, Patricia Urquiola proved that it can. She deconstructed the classic concept of a sofa, creating a toolkit for building a personal landscape of comfort.
This ottoman is part of the Lowland modular seating system. Designed by Patricia Urquiola for Moroso in 2000, it combines minimalist form with functional comfort. The ottoman is upholstered in original Divina Melange 180 Grigio Scuro fabric, a premium wool blend known for its durability and texture.
The stainless steel base creates a floating effect, with the upholstered seat appearing to hover just above the floor, a signature detail of contemporary Italian design.
